Technical Detail

* Ink Roller is made from alloy materiai

* Daimeter --38 mm 0D  & 50 mm 0D

* It is magnetically charged to grip the cylinder

* The roller is spirilled by cotton rope to ensure the wave of the inks.

Advantages

  * To avoid mottling

  * instant and uniform mixing of solvent during printing.

  * To avoide manual stirring of ink.

  * Reduce patch/solidification of upper layer ink.

  * To aviode shade variation in printing area.

NOTE--- roller length should be equal to printing cylinder or smaller.
